Passengers who know the gate number but have no boarding pass
For most airlines you can obtain your boarding pass from the transfer desk. Otherwise, go directly to the gate to pick up your boarding pass.
Passengers who do not know the gate number and have no boarding pass
Please proceed to an information or transfer desk in your waiting area. Directions to the waiting areas are clearly marked.
