Passengers who already hold a boarding pass for their onward flight

If you already have your boarding pass, watch the screens for further information about your flight. Information about gate numbers is displayed not later than 60 minutes before departure.

Passengers who know the gate number but have no boarding pass

For most airlines you can obtain your boarding pass from the transfer desk. Otherwise, go directly to the gate to pick up your boarding pass.

Passengers who do not know the gate number and have no boarding pass

Please proceed to an information or transfer desk in your waiting area. Directions to the waiting areas are clearly marked.
