Methods of payment

Ticket machines: payment may be made in Swiss francs or euros, by credit card, Maestro Card or PostFinance Card.

Free parking for the first hour

If you purchase or consume goods worth at least CHF 60 on the same day as you leave the car park, we will give you free parking for the first hour (combined total spent in shops, restaurants and cafés). You can obtain receipts from all shops and restaurants at Airport Center. Simply present your receipts and parking ticket before you pay the parking fee, and you will receive a reduction of CHF 6.00.

Discount for members of TCS (Touring Club of Switzerland)

Members of TCS are entitled to a special discount on parking fees at Zurich Airport , if you park for longer than 72 hours. This discount does not apply to long-term parking (P60). Claim your discount from the Service Center before paying (near multi-storey car park P2, level 1). The discount can not be claimed after payment.

Lost tickets / failure to comply with regulations when exiting

If you have lost your ticket, please present your vehicle licence at the Service Center (near multi-storey car park P2, level 1). In addition to the effective cost of a replacement ticket, a processing fee of CHF 20.00 will be charged.
Failure to comply with the regulations on exiting the car park will result in an administrative fee of CHF 200.00.

Liability and surveillance

People using the airport car parks do so at their own risk. For security and control reasons, vehicle licence plates, surveillance camera footage and intercom calls may be recorded.
