Zurich Airport offers children and their parents spacious and well-equipped nursery and playroom facilities (Family Services) in the vicinity of the gate areas.
Free for all passengers
Zurich is one of the few airports in the world to offer staffed nurseries and playrooms. These are located in the Gates A and E departure areas. However, this is not a child care or babysitting service. Children should therefore be accompanied by at least one adult. The service is free of charge and is available to passengers of all airlines. Our personnel are fully qualified, speak several languages and are there to make sure that the children play safely and have a great time. They can also provide flight information, help with minor problems and arrange medical care if required.
Facilities for passengers with babies
Facilities for passengers with babies include tables for changing nappies, baby care products and rooms for breastfeeding in peaceful and private surroundings. There is also a kitchenette with a hotplate, microwave oven and cutlery so that parents can warm up meals for their babies. A wide range of baby care products is also available for purchase.

Children of all ages will find many toys and activities available to them in the bright, cheerful and spacious play areas, including dolls and doll’s prams, soft toys, fairy-tale books, computer games, play stations, football games, painting and building sets...
