eat fresh. eat smart. eat good. That is the motto at greens! The greens concept features natural regional ingredients and seasonal products, used to prepare food freshly according to our own recipes. Salads in many variations with grilled toppings and a variety of dressings are prepared on site. The toasted sandwiches are particularly worth discovering. At breakfast, visitors can enjoy freshly squeezed fruit juices, yoghurt and muesli variations as well as fresh baked goods – or for heartier appetites, fried or scrambled eggs with accompaniments.
