Today, S&P's has raised the corporate rating to a BBB+ Rating (from BBB), with stable outlook.
The rating upgrade follows the successful execution of the announced measurement-package to reduce risks associated with aircraft noise, containing credit enhancing actions including a capital increase of CHF 300 million, the early repayment of financial debt from the Canton of Zurich, the extension of key credit facilities and the successful placement of a bond issue of CHF 150 million to fund the Airport of Zurich Noise Fund.
