Zurich Airport, 11 April 2006 - Today’s Annual General Meeting of shareholders of Unique (Flughafen Zürich AG), the operator of Zurich Airport, have accepted all motions proposed by the Company’s Board of Directors. The 2005 net income amounted to CHF 59.1m. The dividend accepted by the AGM amounts to CHF 1.0 per share.
