Unique (Flughafen Zürich AG) – successful completion of Rights Offering and Global Offering. Offer Price set at CHF 265.
Zurich Airport, May 4, 2006 - Unique (Flughafen Zürich AG) announces today the successful completion of its capital increase. Both the Rights Offering and the Global Offering were priced at CHF 265 per registered share (CHF 50 par value each). In the Rights Offering, 486,581 new registered shares were subscribed for by existing shareholders, while 741,494 new registered shares were purchased in the Global Offering. In addition, Unique (Flughafen Zürich AG) has granted the banking syndicate an over-allotment option to purchase an additional 180,233 registered shares. This option may be exercised at any time until 30 days after the payment and settlement date.
