Employee representatives give voice to employee interests at Zurich Airport. The employee representatives serve as contact unit and spokespeople for personnel. They are a dialogue partner for the Management Board. They provide employees with support, information and encouragement. They act as intermediaries and serve as a source of new ideas and innovation.
Zurich Airport's retired employees also stay connected even after they no longer actively work for the airport. They meet on a monthly basis to talk and keep up to date. Once a year, Zurich Airport organises an event for retired employees to which all former staff are invited. Looking after the interests of our retired employees is a sign of the esteem we have for the people who in most cases have spent a large part of their professional lives serving the airport.
