The Cards and ID Office provides services in accordance with requirements in the fields of security, safety and parking for airport employees. The customer counter is located in Operation Center 3.

• Approval, issuance, recall and invoicing of airport IDs
  
• Approval, issuance, recall and invoicing of vehicle passes (gate stickers)
  
• Approval, entering, issuance and invoicing of airport driving licences
  
• Contract preparation, approval, entering, issuance and invoicing of parking cards for airport employees and long-term parking cards
  
• Contract preparation, approval, entering, issuance and invoicing of parking permits for inner curbside lanes
  
• Help desk for e-learning (security, safety training and theoretical driver training)
