Services

Are you organising an event to be attended by guests arriving from different locations at different times? Then we recommend you book the Convention & Welcome Desk at the Zurich Airport, where you can welcome your guests personally.

Arrival 1

In the arrival 1 three sectors can be rented individually. The three sectors are in the Terminal 1 ground floor towards the customs exit and include about 60m2.

 

 

 

 

 


Price per sector for the first day CHF 500.00 (incl. VAT).
Price per sector for each subsequent day CHF 300.00 (incl. VAT)


The price is per sector and includes the assembly and dismantling , cleaning, and the basic equipment. There is a possibility to let the arriving passengers lead landside and airside via signposting support to the convention desk. The posters for the sign can be created individually and according to the occasion.

Arrival 2

In the arrival 2 is a compartment of the switzerland info+ information desk for a Convention Desk available. The desk is located in the Terminal 2 ground floor left after the cutoms exit, in front of the switzerland info+ information desk.

Price per sector for the first day CHF 800.00 (incl. VAT).
Price per sector for each subsequent day CHF 500.00 (incl. VAT)

Cocktail reception in the old control tower

The upper two floors of the old tower can be rented for receptions of various kinds. However, they must be booked via Autogrill. Customers may not organise their own caterers.

You can find the catering range provided by Autogrill at: www.upperdeck-zrh.ch under "Ihr Anlass" (Your Event - German only).

Stand-up reception on 2 floors: max. 40 Pax
Seated dinner/lunch: from 10 to 14 Pax

Event tickets

With the event tickets you get the access to the inner curbside lane way at the Zurich Airport. Beneficiaries: tenants of the convention desk surfaces , VIP, Event Management , commercial passenger transport, etc..

Included parking time with the event tickets for the inner curbside lane:

Up to 30 min 5.00 CHF
Per additional 1 min 1.00 CHF

Inner curbside Arrival Up to 30 min free
Per additional 1 min 1.00 CHF

Waiting room P30 Up to 120 minutes free
Up to 180 min 1.00 CHF
Per additional 60 min 1.00 CHF

Price per single ticket event CHF 20.00 ( incl. VAT)
Price per day ticket event CHF 50.00 ( incl. VAT)
Price per week ticket event CHF 200.00 (including VAT)
