Your boarding card is sent directly to your mobile phone by SMS/MMS. Depending on the airline, baggage is either handed over at the normal check-in desk or at the specially designated bag drop for customers who have checked in online, which is located in the respective check-in area at Zurich Airport.

If the battery of your mobile phone is flat or you have forgotten to bring your mobile phone with you, you can print out a paper boarding card or have one printed out for you at any time at a self-service check-in machine, at the baggage handover desk or at the airport check-in desk.
