Particularly the commercial business on the airside is negatively impacted as a result of construction activities and temporary closures of outlets. Both, temporary closures and construction works, have to be made in order to get ready for the commissioning of the centralized security building in December 2011. The expected positive effects of the centralized security building, being an increased dwell time, a walk through duty free and an increase in the commercial surface, will only become effective late 2011 respectively early 2012.
In addition to above, the strong Swiss Franc presumably also negatively affects the commercial business, mainly the duty free sales.
