switzerlandinfo+ – the new service and information centre

switzerlandinfo+, a new service and information concept, is to be launched in arrivals area 2 on 14 July 2011.

Tourist and hotel information

The new switzerlandinfo+ concept has been designed to meet the different needs of passengers when they arrive. The tourist services have been substantially extended, with a range of offers from popular tourism regions in Switzerland, as well as selected offers presented by various representatives from the hotel industry and event organisers.

Booking service for ZVV tickets and hotel rooms

Information on flights and airport services will also be provided as before. Other services include the sale of ZVV tickets and the popular ZürichCards. Passengers who have just arrived can ask for hotel rooms to be booked or guided tours to be arranged free of charge. The Rezidor Group, Welcome Hotels and Swiss youth hostels, among others, will be presenting their detailed offering.

Holidays in Switzerland

switzerlandinfo+ offers tourism regions an interesting platform, which is being utilised by Bad Zurzach and Exclusive Adventure, one of Switzerland’s leading adventure operators, among others. Zurich Tourism will present selected highlights of the metropolis on Lake Zurich, as well as souvenirs from the region. It goes without saying that the popular Zurich Airport merchandise will also be stocked.

Interactive information zones

The incorporation of new media makes this new concept particularly exciting. As well as having access to a counter staffed by two employees, guests can also obtain information for themselves in an interactive information zone.

Detailed and up-to-date information

The new look features clear, simple shapes and finely crafted selected materials. Thanks to the collaboration with various partners, the new switzerlandinfo+ concept is set to present a comprehensive and up-to-date offering.

Opening hours: daily from 5.45 a.m. to 11.30 p.m.
