In honour of the wild game season, the upperdeck restaurant has put together some grill specialities featuring colourful autumn ingredients. Grilling endows game with a particularly distinctive flavour, making it taste simply fantastic. Try the delicious dishes featuring autumn mushrooms, berries and herbs, including the tasty fillet of venison on vanilla butter. Restaurant guests will enjoy both the game beef burger with dried venison meat and crispy potato wedges, and the venison escalope on a creamy game and pepper sauce. Those with more international tastes should try the fruity game skewers with pineapple, herb-crusted bacon, cranberry chutney and house-made poppy seed spaetzli.
