New catering options

From the end of November, the Intermezzo restaurant and Self Server will be offering hungry guests a selection of old favourites and new surprises. Starbucks has opened a coffee house at Gates E.

Self Server

Self Server
The Self Server in Check-in 2 will soon be sporting an urbane design. Along with the grill counter and the familiar Asia counter, the popular pasta corner will return to the new self-service restaurant. A delight not just for vegetarians: you will find a varied range at the veggie island. The in-house baker will be baking fresh bread for you every day. But the Self Server is not the only place you will be able to enjoy these home-baked goods, as the other coffee shops at Zurich Airport use them to make delicious sandwiches.

The Intermezzo restaurant next door, which offers table service, is also having a facelift at the end of November. It will become a pleasant haven for relaxation at Zurich Airport with its motto "fast, casual & natural". In addition to southern classics, you can also look forward to delicious crispy pizzas and fresh pasta dishes. All dishes include the key ingredients of imagination, spontaneity, freshness and quality.

Fans of American coffee house chain Starbucks will be pleased to hear that it has opened a second outlet within the passenger zone, at Gates E. Here too, Starbucks has created a "third place" – an inviting area for guests between home, the workplace or their next holiday destination. With selected, 100% Fairtrade-certified coffee beans and the perfect milk froth, Starbucks coffee provides a great start to an enjoyable flight.
