Management board completed again
Flughafen Zürich AG has completed its management board again. As of April 01, 53-years-old Daniel Scheifele will be responsible for the Real Estate division.
The new organizational structure of Flughafen Zürich AG, which has come into effect at the beginning of this year, consists of four divisions: the Finance division under the leadership of Daniel Schmucki, Chief Financial Officer, the Aviation division under the leadership of Stefan Conrad, Chief Operations Officer, the Commercial division under the leadership of Stefan Gross, Chief Commercial Officer and the Real Estate division which Daniel Scheifele will be leading as Chief Real Estate Officer. Together with CEO Stephan Widrig, the heads of these divisions form the management board of Zurich Airport.
Daniel Scheifele is currently technical head of directorate at Strabag Switzerland and was previously Chief Operating Officer and member of the management board at the Swiss total constructor Steiner AG. Daniel Scheifele is a qualified civil engineer from the ETH Zurich (Dr. sc. techn.) and has a solid and long-standing experience in project management, planning and realization of real estate projects. He is a Swiss citizen born in 1962, married and father of a daughter.
Since February 01, 2016 Stefan Gross is responsible for the Commercial division. From 2010 until end 2015, the Swiss citizen born in 1969, was the managing director of the shopping center Glatt, the largest shopping center in Switzerland. Previously he had worked for 14 years in various management positions at IKEA in Switzerland and abroad.
The management board of Flughafen Zürich AG is now complete again and well positioned for the challenges of the coming years.
