New Tenants for THE CIRCLE
Three new office tenants are moving into the “Headquarters & Offices” module and the “House of Health” is taking shape. A pharmacy and a hearing centre are its first tenants.
Raiffeisen Schweiz and the IT companies isolutions and totemo will be renting a total of around 8,000 m2 of office space in THE CIRCLE. All of the new tenants decided upon this attractive location due to its excellent transport links and its flexible use of space. The opportunity of renting any extra space on a flexible, temporary basis – such as co-working areas and training and conference spaces – enables them to reduce their fixed costs. In addition, its advantages for employees (including infrastructure and services such as a day-care centre, catering outlets and a park) make THE CIRCLE a unique location.
THE CIRCLE House of Health
In its “Health & Beauty module”, THE CIRCLE offers a wide range of medical services across an area of more than 11,000m2. The University Hospital Zurich provides an outpatient healthcare centre with interdisciplinary diagnostics and treatment as well as emergency medical consultations. The “House of Health” at THE CIRCLE is intended to complement the existing offering, while providing a focus on prevention and health. The co-ownership structure of THE CIRCLE is delighted to announce its first partners: the family business Victoria Apotheke Zürich and the internationally active Neuroth Hörcenter AG will each be renting ground-floor premises in THE CIRCLE.
Buildings are springing up on the construction site at THE CIRCLE
The construction work is proceeding according to plan and three of the six buildings have already reached their final height. With all the bustle of an international business district, the new destination will become a focal point for business and lifestyle as well as for brands, medicine, learning, culture and entertainment, hotels and congresses. Flughafen Zürich AG and Swiss Life AG have formed a joint ownership company, with Flughafen Zürich AG holding a 51% stake and Swiss Life AG 49%. It is scheduled to open in 2020.
