Workshop sessions (45 mins)
9.15 to 10 a.m. – Yoga for work
Stretching and breathing to relieve stress and improve your focus. It’s that easy! In this workshop you will learn valuable tips for your daily life in the office that you can do discreetly at your desk and in your coffee breaks.
12.15 to 1 p.m. – Yoga for travelling
Even when sitting on a plane, you can stretch, breathe deeply and do simple movements. In this workshop you will learn how to cope with jetlag, fear of flying and long-haul flights, regardless of your destination.
3.15 to 4 p.m. – Yoga for leisure
In this workshop you will learn useful ways of maximising your energy and relaxing to the full during your leisure time. Breathing deeply, stretching out fully and staying fit, all in your normal clothes and without a yoga mat. Ideal for when you’re on the move or have a few minutes spare.
The workshops are free of charge and you do not need yoga wear or a yoga mat.
If you sign up for workshops in advance, you will gain free entry to the observation deck (usual admission fee CHF 5).

Walk-in sessions (15 mins)
In addition to the 45-minute workshops, we also offer shorter walk-in sessions (lasting 15 mins) throughout the day. For these sessions, advance registration is not required.

From 4.15 to 5 p.m.
