The Management Board of Flughafen Zürich AG comprises six members.
Stephan Widrig, Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Stephan Widrig has worked for the airport operator since 1999 and has been CEO with overall responsibility for Flughafen Zürich AG since the beginning of 2015. A Swiss citizen born in 1972, he has been a member of the Management Board since 2008. From 2005 to 2008 he was Chief Financial and Commercial Officer at Bangalore International Airport Ltd. (BIAL) in India and prior to that Head of Real Estate Management at Zurich Airport.
Lukas Brosi, Chief Finance & Services Officer (CFSO)
Lukas Brosi joined Flughafen Zürich AG as Group Treasurer in 2009. One year later he was appointed Head Treasury & Risk Management and took over as Head Financial Services in 2013. A Swiss citizen, born in 1979, he has been Chief Finance & Services Officer at Flughafen Zürich AG since 2017. In addition to his finance-related functions he is also responsible for Information & Communication Technology, the Legal, Risk & Compliance department and sustainability and the environment as well as central purchasing in his area of responsibility.
Stefan Tschudin, Chief Operation Officer (COO)
Stefan Tschudin has been Head of Aviation and COO at Flughafen Zürich AG since October 2017. He holds responsibility for all aviation-related matters at Flughafen Zürich AG and is also Accountable Manager for flight operations. A Swiss citizen born in 1968, he was formerly a commercial airline pilot and joined the aviation division of Flughafen Zürich AG in 2007.
Stefan Gross, Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)
Stefan Gross has been Head of the Commercial division since February 2016. He holds overall responsibility for the commercial centres, marketing and digital transformation as well as all products related to landside traffic at Zurich Airport. A Swiss citizen born in 1969, he has many years of international management experience in senior positions in retail and centre management.
Daniel Scheifele, Chief Real Estate Officer (CREO)
Daniel Scheifele has been in charge of the Real Estate division since April 2016. He is responsible for development, construction and engineering and the commercial, technical and infrastructure-related management of all buildings and plant at Zurich Airport. A Swiss citizen born in 1962, he has many years of experience in management-level positions in project development and general contracting.
Daniel Bircher, Chief International Officer (CIO)
Daniel Bircher, born in 1968, has been in charge of the newly created International division since 1 May 2021, which comprises the strategic development of international business and supervision of the airports and subsidiaries of Flughafen Zürich AG abroad. Daniel Bircher has worked for Flughafen Zürich AG since 2006. From 2011 he was Operations Directors at Bangalore International Airport in India, from 2015 COO of Belo Horizonte Airport in Brazil and since 2018 he has held the post of CEO of Zurich Airport Asia in Malaysia.
