It’s quick and easy to book ZRH Comfort online for yourself and others. Your name, flight date and destination are all you need to book. 

You can book ZRH Comfort from 90 days before the date of your flight right up to the moment of departure. The availability of ZRH Comfort is limited per day for your well-being.

Your personal profile offers flexibility when it comes to managing your booking. You can cancel ZRH Comfort free of charge up to 24 hours before your departure. The price is refunded to your chosen payment method within the next working days. If your flight is cancelled, you can even cancel ZRH Comfort retroactively (outside of the normal 24-hour period) free of charge and receive a refund for the full price.

All you need at the airport is your boarding pass: your ZRH Comfort booking will be recognised automatically and is ready for immediate use. This gives you access to the priority lane through the security check and to the exclusive ZRH Club lounge.
