Flight information

You can obtain all the key information you need for your flight from Zurich in a variety of ways – from home, en route or directly at the airport.

Zurich Airport app

This app offers extensive information for travellers, those meeting travellers, and shoppers. Push messages keep you automatically informed of the status of your flight.

Enquire at the information desks and check the flight information screens at Zurich Airport.

Air passenger rights

If your flight has been overbooked, cancelled or seriously delayed, airlines are required by law to inform you about your rights and explain how and where you can lodge a complaint.

Ask at the handling desk or directly at the gate for written information about your rights, especially regarding compensation and assistance.

Information by phone

The European Commission, Directorate General for Energy and Transport in Brussels will provide you with information over the phone.
